Common questions
When do I get the photos?
Within 3 business days of your garments arriving at our studio. You'll get an email when intake is confirmed, and another the moment the photos land in your Library.
Will the garments be returned?
Your choice. At checkout you can purchase a return label so we ship them back after the shoot, or have us donate them to a partner charity, or ask us to discard them — all options are presented when you place the order.
Do I need a Modelon subscription to use this?
No. You can place an order with a free account — the photos will sit in your Library and you can generate on-model shots whenever you're ready.
What if a garment can't be photographed?
We'll email you. If the issue is on our end (damage, etc.), we refund those items. If a garment doesn't suit flat-lay photography (e.g. a complex draped piece), we'll discuss alternatives.
