Studio pricing and turnaround
Flat $30 per garment for front + back photography, 3-business-day turnaround from when your shipment arrives.

You pay once upfront via Stripe Checkout. There are no recurring fees.
Turnaround
3 business days from when your package arrives at the studio. The clock starts at intake, not at order placement, so faster carriers = faster total turnaround for you.
Holidays and weekends don't count. We post hours and any planned closures on the /studio page.
What happens if…
- A garment can't be photographed (damage, unsuitable shape). We flag it, photograph everything else, and refund only the affected items.
- Your package gets lost in transit. Until we receive it, your order sits in awaiting intake. Reach out via info@modelon.ai with the tracking number and we'll help track it down.
- You want to cancel before shipping. Email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we'll refund in full.
- You want to add items mid-shipment. Easiest path: place a second order for the additional garments and ship them in the same box, with a slip referencing both order numbers.
